This picture was taken by me (Jim Blanchard) while the photographer for Consumer Guide was taking pictures of the Corvette. It was taken in Palace Verdes California at the park with the Pacific Ocean in the background.

The car came from the factory with 290 HP FI 4spd 456Posi (It had 411 Posi when I bought it from Jan of Jan & Dean in 1963).
